The PSF Community is a resource for implementing The 6 Best Practices I describe in my book, The Perfect SalesForce.

This online community was designed as a coaching tool, where I speak with members in the Forum five days a week, write How-to's, articles, daily personal blog entries and make training and informational videos (see below). The community is now my primary residence, and everyone who purchases the book receives a one month guest pass.

Because of the intended interactive nature of the site, members dictate the content. When guidance is needed with creating quotas or pay plans or defining proper results or hiring new sales managers or making decisions about sale types or training or any number of other daily sales team issues—I write a How-to or an article or make a video (again, see below), and then we all discuss things in the Forum.

There is power in numbers, particularly when those numbers are like-minded, sales centric thinkers. Everyone here learns and benefits and grows—myself included—so whether you want to participate or just look in on what others are doing, The PSF Community is a first-of-its-kind sales resource.
